When you visit the Site, our website host and any analytics tools we use may collect standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. The Site is hosted on Squarespace, which processes this data on our behalf. We also use google analytics.
3. Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working and to understand how visitors use it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your messages, schedule and manage consultations, send information you request, improve the Site, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
With service providers who run the Site and our practice operations, such as our website host and scheduling platform, and only as needed for them to do that work.
When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our patients, our practice, or others.
With your direction or consent.
6. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We keep the information we collect for as long as needed to serve the purposes in this policy or to meet legal requirements, then we delete or de-identify it.
8. Your rights
If you live in Colorado, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of the sale of your data or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.
